Climax Castle has certain security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which digitally encrypts your information as it is transferred from your computer to Climax Castle. Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while you’re using the Website and to keep you informed of opportunities available on the Website. This allows us to provide services and features that are designed to meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier and quicker. Entry to this Site requires age verification. Your user name is used throughout Climax Castle to identify you to Operators and Employees. Therefore, you should be aware that if you use your real name as your user name, this information will be visible to operators and employees.
Your password is encrypted and only used to provide your access to your account.
We connect Users to Operators using VOIP. Operators will not be able to view your phone number or IP address. We reserve the right to monitor or record calls if mandated by law or upon our discretion.
We may use your email to contact you regarding account activities, new product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Website. If you do not wish to receive such communications from Climax Castle, you have the ability to stop receiving these mail communications by contacting info@desertrosemediallc.com or by unchecking the box on the your account dashboard which asks if you wish to receive such mailings. You will, however, always receive administrative emails from Climax Castle that are related to the usage and functionality of the Website. You may not opt-out of these administrative emails unless you cancel your membership.
Climax Castle uses CC Bill, a third party, to process credit cards for billing purposes. This third party may store or retain a User’s personally identifiable information.

Climax Castle also facilitates communication among Users through our on-site Mail and Chat systems. Messages sent via Mail and Chat are identified only by your user name and can be stored indefinitely.
Climax Castle uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Website. Climax Castle may also use cookies to deliver content specific to Members’ interests, and to keep track of user names and passwords so that Users do not have to re-enter them during a session. Climax Castle collects Device Information from the devices you use to access the Website. Such information could include your device type, IP address, and browser information. Accessing and Updating your Information
You can review, update, and change some of your personally identifiable information—including your email address and password from your account dashboard.
We only keep your personal identifiable information for as long as necessary. In accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, EU citizens may request their data be deleted by emailing us at info@desertrosemediallc.com. In some cases, we must retain some information for a limited amount of time after you have requested your information be deleted, as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.
